The 8-Week Scoliosis Transformation
A personalized, curve-specific program to help you build strength, restore balance, and move with confidence.
Scoliosis is not just a side bend.
It’s a three-dimensional pattern involving rotation, rib asymmetry, and muscular imbalance.
This program is designed to help you understand your specific curve pattern and learn how to:
✓ Elongate instead of collapse
✓ Breathe into restricted rib spaces
✓ Strengthen without compressing
✓ Build daily habits that support your spine long-term
This is structured, progressive, and personalized support — delivered online.

What Makes This Different
This is not generic scoliosis exercise.
Each session is tailored to your unique curve and integrates principles inspired by the Schroth Method and Scolio-Pilates — combined with therapeutic Pilates and breath-led neuromuscular training.
Inside the program we focus on:
✓ Curve-specific assessment
✓ Decompression and elongation strategies
✓ Understanding your 3D curve pattern and learning how to reduce rotation safely
✓ 3-dimensional rib breathing
✓ Targeted strengthening exercises
✓ A realistic daily home plan & exercise routine
✓ Ongoing progression over 8 weeks
⭐ Who This Is For
✓ Teens and adults with scoliosis
✓ Those seeking non-surgical, movement-based support
✓ Individuals who want structured progression (not random exercises)
✓ Athletes, dancers, or active adults who want to stay strong
This program is especially supportive for those who are interested in:
• A non-invasive approach
• Breath-led and movement-based correction strategies
• Building strength and spinal awareness before considering more aggressive interventions
• A program that complements medical care or bracing
This work is educational in nature and can be used alongside medical care, bracing, or physical therapy.
⭐ Why Symmetrical Exercise Isn’t Enough
Because scoliosis is asymmetrical, doing purely symmetrical strengthening can sometimes reinforce imbalance.
In this program, we take a curve-specific approach. You’ll learn practical tools you can apply daily — not just during sessions, but in how you sit, stand, walk, and train.
That’s where real change happens.

What Others Are Saying
"I have been dealing with a chronic medical issue that impacts my range of motion. Jenna worked with me once a week for 3 months and I am moving much better. My medical coverage said physical therapy wouldn't help... but this sure has!
The people around me have noticed/commented that I am moving much better ( and I am in less pain) and I am feeling more hopeful about finding ways to address mobility issues while preventing new ones."

"Jenna is great. I was completely new when I started and was not sure what to expect. Jenna is knowledgeable and thoughtful and tailors my workout to make sure I am challenged but not uncomfortable.
In addition to building my flexibility and core strength, she got me through a bad case of plantar fasciitis with special exercises and stretching. She takes a holistic approach to health and fitness and has come up with a plan for any target areas I have needed to work on.
If you are a novice, no worries, Jenna is incredibly patient and supportive. I really look forward to our weekly session and highly recommend her."

About Jenna
I’m Jenna — a movement coach with over 20 years in the healing arts and advanced training in scoliosis-informed movement.
I also live in a scoliosis body myself. With a 58° curve, I’ve learned firsthand how to build strength, resilience, and balance and I continue to live an active life doing the things I love.
My approach blends therapeutic Pilates, breath-based correction, and nervous system awareness to help you build strength in a way that feels sustainable and intelligent — not forceful.
I’ve studied principles from the Schroth Method and Scolio-Pilates, and I am a Pilates master trainer and certified yoga teacher. I’m also a certified orthopedic manual therapist through Dr. Tom Hendrickson, whom I studied with for four years, specializing in joint mobilization and neuromuscular correction.
This combination of lived experience and advanced training allows me to guide you with both precision and empathy.
