Hi, I'm Jenna! I help people break free from the cycle of pain and get back to doing the activities they love, empowering them to reclaim their active lifestyle. With over 20 years of experience in therapeutic movement.
My own journey with scoliosis and years of nerve pain has deeply inspired my work. It fueled my passion for therapeutic movement and pain relief, as I discovered firsthand how movement and holistic practices can transform lives.
Since taking my practice online in 2020, I’ve had the privilege of working with clients worldwide, offering personalized support and witnessing incredible transformations from the comfort of their own homes..
