My Story
I grew up in Arizona and practically lived at the pool. I loved being in the sun and spent countless hours outdoors — often coming home sunburned. In my late 20s, the itching and burning on my arms began. At first, it would flare up every fall, and I was completely confused about why it kept returning.
As a professional dancer, I had one performance in my mid-30s that triggered the worst bout of BRP I’d ever experienced — all from whipping my head in circles under the stage lights. From that point on, the symptoms became constant.
For years, I lived with that relentless burning and itching on my arms that nothing seemed to touch. Creams, medications, even ice — nothing brought lasting relief. Night after night, I woke up with that same nerve pain, unable to rest. There was a stretch of my life where I barely slept for seven years, and I honestly wondered if I’d ever feel at peace in my body again. I went to doctors, dermatologists, osteopaths, chiropractors, and physical therapists — but no one had answers.
It wasn’t until I began to understand the deeper neurological connection — and started supporting my body through better posture, the right kind of movement and reducing inflammation from within — that everything began to change.
By learning to work with my body instead of against it, I was able to protect my skin, improve my alignment, and calm my overactive nerves. That combination finally broke the cycle.
Now, I’ve been symptom-free for years, and I created this workshop to share exactly what helped me heal — so you can begin finding relief too.
